Standard Shipping: if your product is available to ship immediately and your delivery address is a Metro location, you can expect your order to arrive in 3-5 business days. Rural delivery addresses may cause your order to take longer than 5 business days to arrive. NB: unless specified, all Free Shipping orders will be sent by Standard mail.
Express Shipping: if your product is eligible for express shipping and your delivery address is a Metro location, you can expect your order to typically arrive within 1-2 business days. Rural delivery addresses may cause your order to take longer than 2 business days to arrive.
Fitbit orders ship Monday-Friday, and arrive based on the shipping method selected. Orders placed before 11AM AEST for items in stock ship the same day. Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive an email that includes a tracking number for your shipment. Any items on back-order will ship as soon as they become available.
To determine the right fit for your wrist, please use our sizing tools for Fitbit Charge 2, Fitbit Flex 2, Fitbit Surge, Fitbit Blaze and Fitbit Alta. Please note that when you purchase a Fitbit Flex 2, it comes with both large and small size bands.
The only wrist-based trackers with interchangeable bands are Fitbit Ionic, Fitbit Versa, Fitbit Charge 3, Fitbit Charge 2, Fitbit Flex 2, Fitbit Flex, Fitbit Blaze, Fitbit Alta HR and Fitbit Alta. The bands for Fitbit Charge HR and Fitbit Surge are not interchangeable.
The Fitbit.com Online Store has a 45-day return policy, which means that any product you purchase from Fitbit can be returned for any reason in exchange for a full refund within 45 days of your shipment date. Fitbit accepts payment via Visa or MasterCard credit cards. Please note that debit cards are not accepted as a payment method.
Fitbit charges the appropriate tax in locations where we have legal obligations to do so, as determined by the shipping address. Tax will also be applied to shipping and handling charges if required. For shipments to Australia, Fitbit currently collects GST at the current rate as set by the Australian Government.
